Meet Jenna
As one of the smallest athletes to ever compete at the Division 1 level in volleyball, Jenna Willis had to train with a level of discipline and intensity that matched — and often exceeded — her competition. Being undersized wasn’t a disadvantage; it became her motivation. That mindset continues to shape the way she trains and coaches today.

For the past 15 years, Jenna has trained like an athlete and helped others do the same — focusing on performance, consistency, and confidence over perfection. Her approach blends a team-oriented, uplifting energy with a deep understanding of how movement supports both physical and mental well-being.

Jenna has had the opportunity to work with celebrity clients including Camila Cabello, Tara Reid, and Lala Kent, but her mission goes far beyond aesthetics. Whether she's coaching a public figure or a busy mom, her goal remains the same: to help women feel strong, capable, and at peace in their own bodies.
