I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for the awesome one on one personal training! As you know I am 9 months postpartum and still breastfeeding- I have been having a very difficult time losing my last 10 lbs with aggressive cardio - but in the last few weeks since we started training 2-3 times a week I am down an entire size ( size 2 baby!!!) and 5 lbs almost 6 !!! Not to mention the physical results I am finally starting to see after 1 month!!! I can’t say thank you enough- it’s amazing what changing up your work out routine can do and how important it is to NOT just do cardio! I’ll admit it was difficult to cut back on my cardio and start adding in weights but OMG I’m so happy I mentally got there because it is so worth it and has completely changed my outlook on what a healthy balance of exercise is all about! Couldn’t have done it with out you. ❤️❤️❤️🏋️♀️👊🏽
