If you are in Los Angeles, I offer a variety of in-person training sessions. From kick-ass one-on-one training tailored to your wants and needs, to group sessions with your friends, together we will customize a plan to help you become the best version of yourself.
However, I realize, in this day and age, that there are so many more ways to train than just in-person private sessions. I have created many different ways to create parallel training if you are not an LA
local - through Skype - or, if you like a little more of a hands-off training approach, where you
go at your own pace, with online programming.
All of my training options include personalized programs designed to realize your exact goals and desires. No program is complete without nutritional guidance, which is why I also offer a monthly plan to make your meals feed your soul cravings, while sticking to your aspirations!
