BCAA'S DO WHAT?

What is this whole BCAA talk??

BCAA's stand for Branched Chain Amino Acids that are vastly comprised of Leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These amino acids are essential which means they cannot be produced by your body and must be obtained from protein rich foods such as eggs and or meats.

Your body needs BCAA's for a quicker and more complete recovery due to intense exercise.

So why do want to include them in your diet, or take in powder form to add to your daily water intake?

BCAA's decrease muscle fatigue, decrease soreness, but aid in muscle growth.
