for your muscles & heart but people always ask, do you do your cardio before or after lifting weights? Most trainers will tell you after, but let's break it down. Are you going more for strength gains or endurance? Which is more important to your fitness goals?
If you’re trying to get stronger, & are going to push your weights, lift first.If you want to get faster or better at endurance, do cardio first.If you’re just working out for general fitness, feel free to hit either first.
Know whichever routine you attack first, that’s the one you will naturally go all out for, & the latter may lag.
