Hate Cardio?

One of my favorite tips for cardio that I've learned from my own experience?

Find something you enjoy.


It's simple, you won't do it if you hate it. Find what keeps you engaged and motivated. Are you a bike person? Treadmill? Stairmaster? Outdoor Adventure Seeker? Hiker?

For years, I personally dreaded cardio because it was monotonous to me so, I changed it up; I got on the wind-bike and row machine. If you're a treadmill, or bike fan, try to dedicate 15 minutes to each, and then switch it up. Keep yourself interested, and active!
