Super-what?


I have a lot of clients ask me: What is a Superset?

In simplest terms a superset is alternating two sets of different exercises with no break in between. For example, doing a seated row into a chest press.

Put the right two exercises together and they build more muscle, help endurance, enhance performance, burn fat, and can cut your workout time in half.

Supersets if done correctly can also burn MORE calories before and after your traditional resistance training workouts 

So why would I use a superset in my workout?
