A healthy way to fulfill your sweets cravings!

Dark chocolate is a super food that boosts your mood.  But remember, everything in moderation! 

Research indicates that antioxidant-packed dark chocolate may increase serotonin levels & protect against cognitive decline. (But you already knew that chocolate makes you happy, didn't you?) "Having an ounce of chocolate per day, or about 150 to 200 calories, has a number of different benefits," Jaclyn London, MS. RD. CDN. "While no food is a miracle-worker, I'm a huge proponent of treating yourself with chocolate daily."

To break that down for you, that's about 1-2 squares of dark chocolate in a bar.
