Tip To Success

Luck = Preparation + Opportunity! You all know the saying, and you know it’s rare to truly “luck” into anything. One thing you can’t luck into - a healthy lifestyle and body. 

Your workout starts way before your actual scheduled workout. Have a morning workout planned? There’s your opportunity, you’re doing great! But what about the preparation? It matters!

Lay your workout clothes out the night before, something you feel good in to get you pumped. Pack your gym bag (throw your favorite post workout snack in there for even more motivation!), and have your sneakers by the door so all you have to do it wake up and GO!

Don’t leave anything out, don’t give yourself a single reason to skip your workout. Planning is crucial to success - and it’s fun:)
