You guys ready for this?

I have recently become a fan of Dr. Philip Goglia who breaks down metabolism similarly to how I break down body types when it comes to training a client (we do not all metabolize food nutrients the same way). Don't worry, I will do this in an email soon. 

However; In his book,  Turn Up The Heat, Dr. Goglia emphasizes that you are supposed to drink an OUNCE of WATER to EVERY POUND you WEIGH per day! 

So let's say you're 160 lbs. You should be drinking 20, 8 fl ounces of water a DAY!

It has definitely changed the way I approach water and hydration. So DRINK. UP! I know I sure am.
