THIS WEEK: One of my favorite full body exercises that can be done anywhere! 


-- They burn crazy calories -- Stimulate your metabolism --Build strength in your chest, back, thighs, torso, shoulders, & arms --They release Endorphins that remain in your system & leave you feeling good even hours after your workout --Can be added to any current workout routine -- Can be done anywhere -- And don't take up a lot of time  -- Did I mention they TORCH a LOT of calories? 

Motivated yet? According to Harvard University, a 125-pound person can burn 240 calories in 30 minutes doing vigorous calisthenics, similar to burpees. Similarly, a 155-pound person can burn almost 300 calories in the same amount of time, while a 185-pound person burns 355 calories.

--10 minutes & you're burning around 100-150 calories!!! Dare to make a change, feel good, & rock your body. Literally!
