To Eat or NOT to Eat?

To Eat or NOT to Eat. That is the question.

One of the most Googled questions of any dieter looks something like this: “What’s better, six small meals a day, or three larger meals?”

Read up all you want, but at the end of the day, the truth is that it’s really just a preference.

Are you a snacker (do you favor smaller meals throughout the day), or do want the regimen of those three full meals to sit down and indulge?

1,800 calories is 1,800 calories at the end of the day, no matter how you eat them. Listen to your BODY. BUT (yes, there is a but)

There are time related restrictions if you want your calories to process best. What I’m saying is that your 1800 shouldn’t be a free-for-all and you should not be eating at all hours of the night. Give yourself a 10 hour consumption window, feel it out, and then try to work your way down to 8 (like I do).

I’m a snacker myself, always eating within my “window”. What do you do? Indulge on the big bites or go from mini meal to mini meal?
